Single-key shortcuts such as C are a per-person preference and are on by default. The Lumen shortcut is matched by the physical key, so it also works with a Russian keyboard layout.

Accessibility
Section titled “Accessibility”- Dialogs trap focus and return it to where you were when they close.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and controls have screen-reader labels.
- Reduced-motion settings are honoured.
