The details
Everything your five products keep draws from the same quota: 10 GB + 2 GB per paid user on Team (10 users: 30 GB) and 50 GB + 5 GB per paid user on Business (20 users: 150 GB). When you need more, add a 50 GB pack for $5/month ($48/year) on Team (up to 10 packs) or Business (up to 20 packs).
An active person with the member or admin role in at least one site of the organization takes a seat.
Payment
Paddle calculates and remits VAT and sales tax, issues your invoices and keeps a customer portal for receipts and payment methods.
Pay yearly and the per-user price drops by a fifth. Switch at the end of a period.

FAQ
An active person with the member or admin role in at least one site of the organization. Guests are free up to the plan’s number (Free: 10; Team and Business: 5 per paid user). Service accounts and agents are free but limited per plan. A person in two organizations takes a seat in each, and an unexpired invitation holds a seat. SCIM beyond the limit creates people without a seat, and they get one at first sign-in if one is free. Team stops at 50 users, and the 51st invitation offers Business.
Every new organization starts with 14 days of Business, no card required. Mails arrive three days before the end and on the last day. After the trial you continue on the plan you chose or on Free. Nothing is deleted on a downgrade; content over the Free limits becomes read-only.
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. After a downgrade, anything over the new limits first blocks adding people and creating new content, and after 14 days becomes read-only until you are back under the limits.
You are warned at 80% and at 100%, and there are no surprise bills. At the limit the affected action is refused with a clear message, for example new automation runs this month, Lumen questions, or adding a user. Pulse has a daily intake ceiling (100 MB, 2 GB and 10 GB) that only protects the server; it is not a unit of billing.
Orbit’s cloud runs on servers in Hetzner’s Helsinki data centre, Finland (EU).
One quota per organization, shared by all products: Pulse data kept within its retention, Forge repositories, packages and artifacts, Folio files and Orbit attachments. Each plan will have a maximum file size (25 MB, 250 MB and 1 GB); today each product sets its own limit instead, such as 10 MiB for a work item attachment and 25 MB for a Folio file. Storage is 10 GB + 2 GB per paid user on Team and 50 GB + 5 GB per paid user on Business (for example 10 users: 30 GB on Team). Team and Business can add storage in packs: a 50 GB pack for $5/month ($48/year), up to 10 packs on Team and 20 on Business. A Forge repository has its own size limit (1 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB).
Shared runners are planned. Once they are available, each plan includes 200, 2,000 and 6,000 CI minutes a month on shared runners, with 1, 2 and 4 concurrent jobs. Your own runners do not use minutes and are not limited by them.
Payments go through Paddle, the merchant of record. Paddle calculates and remits VAT and sales tax, issues invoices and keeps a customer portal with your receipts and payment methods. Yearly billing is 20% cheaper. Enterprise customers pay by invoice under a contract.
Paddle retries for about two weeks. Then the organization becomes read-only for 30 days, is suspended for 60 days, and then spends 30 days in the trash, with reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before deletion. You can export your data at every step.
Enterprise is priced per contract: no fixed user limit, several sites (planned), own domain (planned), invoices, an SLA and a named support channel. A self-hosted Enterprise licence, a signed licence file checked offline, is planned. Contact us from the pricing page.
Yes, at any time: CSV exports of work, Folio pages and spaces as Markdown with attachments, Forge repositories as bundles and archives, and configuration and automation rules as portable files. A one-click export of a whole organization is planned.
Every plan includes Orbit, Forge, Pulse, Folio and Lumen with the limits in the table. The platform is in private preview, and sales open when all products are ready on company sites, with SAML, SCIM and enforced SSO on Business and Enterprise.
