Trust is visible
Owner, review interval and a Verified, Review overdue or Possibly outdated badge with the reason: a linked task closed, a Forge file changed, a monitor deleted.
Spaces, a Markdown editor, drafts and versions, search, runbooks and postmortems. Every page has an owner and a review interval, and says whether it is verified, overdue for review or possibly outdated.
Orbit Folio
Folio is the knowledge base inside Orbit projects: spaces with a page tree, a Markdown editor with slash commands, drafts and immutable versions, inline comments, and search with Russian and English word forms across pages, Orbit work and Forge repositories. Runbooks show live monitor state, postmortems are generated from Pulse incidents, release notes from Forge deployments and sprint reviews from Orbit sprints.
Why it is better
Owner, review interval and a Verified, Review overdue or Possibly outdated badge with the reason: a linked task closed, a Forge file changed, a monitor deleted.
Live work item links, embedded work lists, a task from selected text and related pages inside the work item.
Postmortems from Pulse incidents, release notes from Forge deployments, sprint reviews from Orbit sprints and runbooks with live monitor state.
Russian and English word forms, filters, highlighting, one result list over pages, work and repositories, and a log of searches that found nothing.
One inheritance rule for restrictions, administrators who can always lift them, and "why does this person have access".
Markdown source, HTML from Word, Google Docs and the web cleaned on paste, and drafts with conflicts instead of overwrites.

A space per Orbit project with a home page. "Knowledge" sits in project navigation.
Nested pages, breadcrumbs, drag-and-drop and keyboard moves without cycles or lost order.
Markdown rendered without executing HTML or scripts. Stable /folio/p/<id> permalinks.
Live preview, toolbar, shortcuts and slash commands for headings, tables, code, callouts, tasks and links.
Callouts, code with language, tables, check-lists you can toggle while reading, collapsible sections, status labels and dates.
HTML becomes clean Markdown. Tables, lists, links and headings are kept, styles and scripts dropped.
Type and size limits, pasted screenshots and drag-and-drop. Access follows page permissions.
See who has the page open and who is editing, with a warning before simultaneous edits.
Autosaved drafts stay separate from the published page. Concurrent edits show both versions, never a silent overwrite.
Every publication is a version with author and note. Compare line by line. Restoring creates a new version.
Creation, moves, publications, permission changes and deletions with actor and time.
Every page says whether you can rely on it, and why.

A lazy "Related pages" block inside the Orbit work item.
A review page generated from the sprint’s goal and completed and unfinished work.

A page shows the state of every Pulse monitor whose runbook points to it.
A templated page with the incident timeline, linked back to the incident.

Russian and English word forms, title weighting, highlighted fragments and filters. Only pages you may see.
Folio pages, Orbit work and Forge repositories in one result, each system checking its own permissions.
Recent pages and title search from the first character.

Admin, member and viewer roles of the Orbit project. Deactivated people lose access at once.
